As if yesterday weren't enough... we found out today that Cate has Long QT Syndrome. I can't do this. I can't handle all of this. I just can't. Please... keep praying. This has easily been the worst 24 hours of my life.
Kristen, my heart aches for you, for your whole family. Thank you for posting, for being honest, for letting us all see you and all the situations in the raw, so we can better pray for you. Once again, on my knees for you, for JD and now for Cate! I can't imagine how hard this is, just know you have lots of people carrying these burdens through prayer with you and for you! If it is all you can do, weep, lay it all at Jesus' feet, and believe, and please keep us all posted so we can keep doing the same.
Sometimes things that God allows in our lives cause me to shake my head and wonder how it could possibly work for the good. I'll tell you I don't have any great encouraging words. This is so entirely heart-breaking. I wish there were something I could say besides 'I'm praying for you'. I really am. And I will continue to lift you, Cate, JD, and your family up. One thing I do know, in situations like these, at least we have a wonderful Healer on our side! Oh that He would overwhelm your heart with His great great peace despite the storms around you.
Kristen, Stay strong!! Know that we are praying for you and your family.
