WE'RE OFF!!!

St. Kitts bound TOMORROW.

 (Technically today, I suppose, as it's 1 a.m. Sunday morning.)

I'm nearly all packed.. just a minor malfunction or two, the greatest being the suitcase that has disappeared from our home. 

No big deal, right?!

Anyway- church in the morning will be an exciting time.

First- our daughters are being dedicated. Our parents will both be joining us at church, which is always a nice treat. And then, the church body will pray for us as they send us off on our trip!

I'm absolutely dreading saying goodbye to Corban and Cate. Eleven days without my kiddos?! I don't think I've ever gone more than two days without seeing them. (not to mention, I spend nearly 24 hours a day with them).  They'll be spending most of the time with Jordan's parents, and a few days with mine. They've got lots of fun things planned- a zoo trip, water park, swimming play dates, etc. I know they'll enjoy and I'm sure it'll probably much harder on Mama than it is on them. :)

We leave around 4 p.m. to head towards Chicago, will rest for a few hours at a local Calvary Chapel, and then arrive at O'Hare International at 3:30 a.m. We'll fly from there to Miami, and from Miami to St. Kitts!

After months and months of planning- I can't believe it's finally here! I'll be trying to update fairly regularly while we are there. I added a button to the right hand side of my blog so that you could sign up to receive the blog posts in your email account, just fyi. 

Please pray for us tomorrow, as we are traveling with a large group and an incredible amount of luggage. I will update when we arrive!!
